Shipping policy

Nostalgia Boutique is based in Kuwait and gladly accepts orders from Kuwait and all other GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman).

Kuwait Delivery

  • Orders in Kuwait are delivered by our associate drivers.
  • Delivery is normally within 1-2 working days in Kuwait.
  • Standard delivery charge is 3.000 KD.

GCC Shipping

  • For GCC countries, shipping is normally within 5-7 working days. 
  • Please note that delays resulting from Customs and Clearance processing in your country are beyond our control.
  • A tracking number of your shipment will be emailed to you once the order is collected by our courier.
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on shipment weight.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from us, the recipient/buyer is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside the State of Kuwait may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees by the destination country’s authorities. The recipient/buyer of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are only bearable by the recipient/buyer; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount. Customs policies vary from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery dates estimated.

Tracking Your Package

You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. The shipping method and courier information for your package will be listed in your account and in your shipment confirmation e-mail. Nostalgia will make sure that it will dispatch your package within the same time frame mentioned under the product purchased. Nostalgia will not be responsible for any delay in delivery incurred by the courier service.
